Seminars of
Nikolay Oorzhak are based on his teaching of "Un-Hun" -
Sound of Sun.
Based on ancient
shamanic tradition, through the years of this personal experience,
this teaching became a powerful system of spiritual
development and health improving.
Seminars can be
run either combined, on throat singing and shamanic self-healing,
or separately, depending on auditoria's interests.

Teaching
of basic sounds -

With practice of Un-Hun one opens the 9 energy centers in
the body, as well as:
1.
Broadens the volume of brain’s
energy center, which helps to open the
“door” to the spiritual worlds;
2.
Cleans the negative powers
(deceases) in the body, normalizes functions
of cardiovascular and breathing
systems, and broadens the space of Power of
Spirit and Peace of Soul.
3.
Increases the content of energy
in liver, kidneys, stomach, intestines and
pancreas.
4.
Improves the activity of energy
center in the bottom of body, return or increase
the sexual power of both men and
women.
5.
Broadens the volume of resonance
of nose and vocal cords. This harmonizing
the voice, makes the
speech and singing more efficient and confident.
6.
Improves the work or muscles
and articulations, increases a body flexibility. Appears the
permanent balance of body and spirit and self-feeling of bliss.
7.
The Power of Sound is hereditary
transmitting of to one’s unborn child.
8.
Establishes the harmony of
breathing and thoughts with a spirits of Nature and Universe, i.e.
“the profound thoughts – are in the healthy body”.

Program of Seminars on Shamanism and Self-Healing
The seminar of Nikolay Oorzhak on shamanism and self-healing
is effective in harmonization of mind and body (Spirit and Soul).
It assists one’s personal grows, self-healing and
self-knowledge, improves the energy movement in the body and
approach the spiritual enlightenment.

In the course of seminar, Nikolay introduces the philosophy of
Tuvan shamanism and his own views on human energy, Power of
Spirit of Earth and Universe, explains the nature of kind and
evil spirits, and how to feel and understand them. He
uncovers the essence of human nature and helps the one to
experience oneself. The participants will be acquainted with
some shamanic ritual practices, attributes, use of tambourine
and sound effects. During the shamanic rituals the mind,
spirit and soul are being harmonizing, and the body obtains
the balance.

As a
result the space of consciousness is broadening, the soul is
quieting, the potential creative resources are
liberating and one became able to change its views and future.

The
techniques for healing and development using sounds will be
presented. During the meditations and shamanic dances one will
be acquainted with his/her animals-assistants. Also will be
presented the shamanic massage for Spirit and Soul (contact
and non-contact massage of body for restoration of energy
balance), as well as practices for self-healing, increasing of
body flexibility, sexual energy and longevity.

Possible variants of seminars:
a.
Two days scheme – weekends from 10-00 to 18-00,
coffee-break 13-00 – 14-00.
At the second day it is also possible to arrange the additional
time from 19-00 to 22-00 for lessons on breathing, combined
with movements and sound.
b.
Four days scheme – at working days from 18-00 to 22-00.
Other variants are possible on agreement.

harmony of energies of Soul, Spirit and Mind in the body.

the loss of balance in the body and consciousness under the
negative emotions.
7. The
travels of Soul, Spirit and Mind in three worlds in search of
enlightenment.
8. The
shamanic massage for Spirit and Soul for harmonization of energy
in the body.
9. Practice
of using the tambourine as shaman’s assistant. Shamanic magic and
defense.
10. Shamanic
sounds and dances. The dance with one’s own animal-assistant.

We
also offer the one-day seminar for harmonization of
Soul, Spirit and Mind in offices, for creative people,
businessman, and managers. The participants will come to new
understanding of Soul, Spirit and Mind, will learn the
harmonic interrelationships. It is also possible to run a
traditional shamanic rituals for clearing the premises, Soul and
body from evil spirits. |
